• In all cases where the payment is made, you will receive an email confirming the payment with the update of the order status for processing by our services (in the case of payment by means of automatic payment, only an email can be sent with all the data ).
• When the order is registered for dispatch with the carrier, you will receive an email that will indicate the guide number so that you can track your order on the carrier’s website.

9. Delivery and Transport

All deliveries are made to Mainland Portugal and Islands (Azores and Madeira). The virtual store rampadafalperra.kinsta.cloud only operates in mainland Portugal and the Portuguese islands. Any order placed from a country other than Portugal will not be considered and in case of payment, it will be returned within a maximum period of 30 days to an IBAN to be provided by the user.

At the time of writing these Terms and Conditions, the carrier used for all dispatched and sent orders are handled by the carrier CTT Expresso.

9.1. Shipping costs

Shipping costs practiced by rampdafalperra.pt can be consulted at checkout, when placing the destination address of the order by postal code and location.

For orders equal to or greater than €100.00 for Mainland Portugal and €150.00 for the islands (Azores and Madeira) shipping will be free and offered by rampdafalperra.pt.

The customer must ensure availability for receiving the order on the day scheduled for delivery. Shipments to the Autonomous Regions are subject to additional transport costs.

In the online ordering process, the Customer, by indicating that he has become aware of our Terms and Conditions, declares that he is aware of these facts, thus committing himself to pay all expenses inherent to the shipment of the ordered and previously informed items.

 

10. Delivery times

The estimated time for delivery of the goods after dispatch is:

• Mainland Portugal – delivery within 24 working hours after dispatch*
• Autonomous Regions (Islands – Azores and Madeira) – delivery within 5 working days after dispatch*

*The time after dispatch is indicative and not binding as it is provided by third parties.

rampadafalperra.kinsta.cloud website only carries out shipments on working days, neither weekends nor holidays are taken into account to estimate the delivery of orders. Any delay in the shipment of items, compared to the estimated dates presented, does not give the right to compensation.

On the other hand, to the estimated time for dispatch, there is also the time for preparing the order and availability in the warehouse, as well as the transport that depends on the carrier and the destination of your order, and the customer will be informed of the day of dispatch.

Orders only begin to be prepared after payment has been received. In the case of Bank Transfer, the processing of orders only starts with the amount credited to the account – for which it is necessary to obtain proof of order with Ref.ª from the customer in order to validate it.

12. Exchanges and Returns

Exchanges of purchased items are allowed, as long as they are only exchanges of sizes and/or colors and if the article is in stock (encomendas@rampadafalperra.pt). The exchange will only be carried out if the item is intact, in its original packaging and without any sign of use.

We ask our customers to check the goods after delivery to verify that they arrived in good condition. Any anomaly in the packaging will have to be registered on the carrier’s guide and must not be accepted by the end user/customer.

Ubyou will not accept returns of items damaged by the carrier. If there is any claim due to a manufacturing defect, you must take a photograph of the packaging/article and send it by email to vendas@rampadafalperra.pt within the first 12 hours after delivery, indicating the non-conformity and the order number. Upon receipt of this e-mail, we will contact you to arrange for the collection of the order, if necessary, and in the event of any lack of conformity, the article will be replaced by the same or equivalent and sent again to the Customer’s address at no additional cost. .

If the product is not in stock, we will propose an equivalent product or a refund of the amount paid, according to the customer’s decision. The Customer may exercise the right of termination of the contract, which allows him to return the product and recover the amounts paid, during the 14 days following the delivery of the product, regardless of the related reason, provided that the product/article is intact, inside the packaging. original and without any sign of use, that is, in like-new condition.

Thus, within that period, it must be sent by letter or registered parcel, in new condition, in its original packaging, with accessories, manuals and a duplicate invoice. Once the original condition of the product has been confirmed, as well as all the elements that followed it and those mentioned above, Uebyou will refund the amounts paid within a maximum period of 30 days.

All costs inherent to the return will be borne by the customer.

 

13. Order cancellation

The customer may cancel his order, at any time until its dispatch, with the right to reimbursement of the amounts paid. To check the status of your order, check the “Order Status” website in your reserved area.

Rampa da Falperra reserves the right to cancel purchases in exceptional cases, such as:

• Non-payment
• Data that do not match or absence of data. In this case, the user will be alerted so that he can make or change his data. In the absence of a response, the order will be cancelled.
